Supports Provided to Investors Abroad

Under the Provisions of Decision No. 5973 on Export Supports;

1- Expenses related to financial and legal consultancy services for the acquisition of companies/brands established abroad are supported at a rate of 50%, up to an annual limit of 3,000,000 TL. If the company established abroad possesses advanced technology and will provide technology transfer, the support limit can be increased to 7,500,000 TL.

2-  For loans used in the acquisition of companies established abroad that have advanced technology and will provide technology transfer, the interest expenses are supported. This support covers 5 percentage points for Turkish Lira loans and 2 percentage points for foreign currency and foreign currency-indexed loans, up to a total of 45,000,000 TL.

3-  For loans used in the acquisition of a brand belonging to a company established abroad, the interest expenses are supported. This support covers 5 percentage points for Turkish Lira loans and 2 percentage points for foreign currency and foreign currency-indexed loans, up to a total of 30,000,000 TL.

4-  The amount of interest support cannot exceed 50% of the paid interest expense.

5-  Interest support is provided for interest payments made within 5 years from the date of the first interest payment.

6-  In calculating the amount of the loan to be granted interest support, a maximum of 50% of the acquisition cost of the high-tech company established abroad or the brand belonging to the company established abroad is taken as a basis.
